Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalised items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement
    OR
  • A full refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
